We sell a variety of properties including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. We also work with property managers for rentals.

What’s the right price given today’s market?

I benchmark against recent comps, micro-neighbourhood trends, days-on-market, absorption, and likely appraisal range to set a price (or offer) that attracts attention without leaving money on the table.

What do we need to do to get our property ready to sell?

You’ll handle:

Declutter, deep clean, and finish easy fixes (paint touch-ups, caulking, hardware, curb appeal).
Keep the home “show-ready” (lights on, fresh scent, tidy surfaces) for every visit.

We’ll handle:

Staging plan to neutralize/brighten (paint palette, lighting, targeted staging) and book pro photos/video + floor plan.
Pricing strategy from fresh comps, pre-inspection guidance, and organizing docs (receipts, utilities, maintenance logs).
